Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Ensure Financial Management and control systems are in place to meet the goals of the company.
Responsible for all Statuary obligations.
from monthly reconciliation of Taxes to filing of all return.
Dealing/coordinating with Internal Auditors (K.P.M.G.) & External Auditors (Batliboi&Associates ) for various audits within the property.
Preparation of Financial Statements at the end of every month.
Adhere to Timelines for all Companys reporting.
Overlook the accounting department, preparation of Business Plan and Audit functions.
Formulating yearly financial strategy by preparing Annual Financial Budgets.
Preparation of Balance Sheet, P&L & other related reports on monthly basis.
Monthly closing of books, preparation of MIS &
Comparing it with budget & finding the variances
& suggesting the corrective action.
Ensure smooth & efficient management of payroll, income audit, night audit, credit control, F&B Controls, accounts payable, cost control, Purchasing, stores and receiving areas.
Daily Tracking of Cash flow& Bank Reco for proper fund management.
Responsible for all assessment of taxes etc.
Looking after account receivable to keep track
On debtors ageing & ensuring no leakage in revenue.
