MBA HR, with a legal degree, with a minimum of 14 years experience managing manufacturing HR (multi-plants, multi-locational).
Must be well conversant with manufacturing and R&D processes in pharma industry.
Must be heading Manufacturing HR in the present assignment with multi-locational manufacturing plants.
Must be well rounded HR pro with a good blend of strategic HR, operational HR and IR.
Must have excellent communication, presentation and inter-personal skills.
