Engineer IV candidate will have management duties that focus on client management including project management of small to large size projects, includes supervision of junior level staff in the production of client deliverables; supports business development efforts through researching projects, preparing scope and fee estimates, attending project interviews, and supporting client negotiations. Technical duties include hydraulic calculations and analyses, compliance with state and local governing bodies and permitting agencies, supporting CEQA efforts, designing CSO and SSO facilities, final design of project elements including stamping and signing drawings, cost estimate preparation, specification and report writing.

Candidate will be very involved in the business growth of the west unit's water/wastewater projects.
Candidate Specification
Sr level Engineer should have a a focus in Water, Wastewater, and Stormwater projects. Qualified candidate should be a licensed civil engineer with 10-15 years of water, wastewater, and stormwater design experience, in addition candidate should have a strong background in business development.

Candidates design experience should include pipeline, pump station, and stormwater design along with CAD and field experience desired. Candidate shall be familiar with Calif codes and regulations.
Candidate should have a strong network in the water/wastewater industry in the bay area and have a good record of business development.
