Summary of Job Purpose:
Partnering with multiple stake holders (internal & external) to ensure smooth delivery of projects and process adherence at multiple stages, whilst managing allocated resources.
* Specs Management: Understanding and creating/modifying project specifications from business. Providing alternate specifications as per requirement
* Data Collection/ Programming: Understanding the research design and developing data collection platforms/ surveys around the same
* Data Processing/Validation: Understanding data cleaning needs from business problem point of view. Writing codes, creating macros, writing complex cleaning syntax.
* Reviewing and suggesting modifications to clients as per business requirement
* Estimating timelines and other requirements for the assigned jobs accurately
Quality/ Process Compliance & Improvement Initiatives:
* Having a complete understanding of the various internal processes, ensuring adherence to the same by the team and maintaining and monitoring metrices/SLAs pertaining to the same
* Suggesting improvements to enhance the efficiency of various internal processes
* Reviewing quality requirements and deciding on the essential areas to be covered for QC
* Managing client satisfaction, feedback process, managing services provided to clients and assisting project teams in client communication as and when needed.
* Carrying overall responsibility of project level client interaction
* Managing multiple projects and stakeholders
* Managing various aspects of projects like general project management, resource management, client management.
* Handling a small sized team or managing people on project basis, subject to business requirements
* Being involved in appraisals, mentoring, training etc of team members.
* Encouraging teams members to achieve high level of service excellence
* Keeping all internal/external stakeholders updated on technical findings, issues or any other project related developments.
* Communicating with clients/vendors on all project related aspects, including managing client/vendor calls.
* Addressing small groups/teams to share project related information, as and when required.
* Providing timely and constructive feedback to team members.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
* Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate in any of the disciplines- B.Tech/ MCA/ M.Sc (Comp Sc) or MBA with IT specialization
* Experience: 7-9 yrs relevant experience
* Exposure to managing multiple projects, leading small sized teams and handling client interactions in the past.
* Must-haves: survey programming and data processing using SPSS
* Tools: Wincross and Quantum OR Sawtooth and QualtricsTechnologies: PHP, My SQL/SQL, Java scripts
