- Talent Acquisition: Manpower planning, Organize and implement Talent acquisition strategies to meet hiring plan.
- Talent Management : Talent Identification, Performance Intervention, Career Development and Succession Management.
- Learning and Development: Facilitate high impact Learning programs and Leadership interventions as per the global guidelines.
- Lead Engagement Survey: Drive participation, Analyse Survey Results, Action Planning and Monitoring the progress of action plans.
- Change Management: Leading Change and partnering with the business on matters concerning change management to build solutions in support of business strategies, challenges, and opportunities.
- HRBP - Business Partnership with key functions like Finance, Sales & Marketing, Corp Affairs, Legal and PPPM
- Management of General administration and Budgeting activities
