Job Description


* Lead the identification and selectivity of opportunities

* Develop solution for the client and present value to client's organization

* Ensure sales team use of and adherence to global business processes

* Enforce compliance with established risk management procedures

* Develop new and expand current senior level relationships with clients and business partners in the region

* Engage with senior level client executives to negotiate and close complex transactions

* Provide continuous surveillance of the global market

* Report on client and competitor activities and initiate action accordingly

* Prepare business activity and forecast reports

* Create and maintain a work environment and organizational culture designed to optimize client facing team employee development, growth, and retention through pro-active coaching, mentoring and training


* Bachelor's degree (B. S.) in engineering, construction science, project management or equivalent job responsibilities

* Minimum of ten (10) years of related/relevant experience

* Leadership skills including problem solving and results orientation with a business focus

* Ability to effectively lead and work under pressure, strategic vision, organizational capability, market intimacy

* Ability to negotiate

* Ability to lead an effective team

* Exceptional presentation skills, and above-average writing and verbal skills are required in the English language.
