Job Description

Is the day-to-day guardian of the clients brand image.

Sells ideas and supports ideas via other case studies

Missionary for the creative product; approaches creative with infectious enthusiasm and stimulates creative thinking with their clients and agency team.

Ensures that jobs are correctly billed and within budget and understands how the agency makes money and the financial process.

Ensures agency systems and procedures are adhered to and/or improved to ensure client expectations are fulfilled while agency profitability is protected.

Proactively consults with key departments and divisions to keep them informed of upcoming workload; keeps supervisor informed so there are no surprises.

Imbues all team members with a sense of fiscal responsibility, and establishes a tone that keeps the fiscal side of the account running responsibly.

Contributes to new business pitches, as needed.

Assesses and analyzes primary and secondary research and develop appropriate recommendations.

Collaborates with Strategic Planners to ensure the development of provocative, single-minded communications strategies.

Strategic thinking abilities by keeping current on the industry trends and issues affecting clients business. Reads business journals and synthesizes current business and marketing knowledge to improve/build on ideas.

Forms strong bonds with clients; earning their respect and confidence.

Can reach up to more senior clients; always searching for ways to enhance the client/agency relationship.

Liaises with senior agency personnel to ensure constant and timely communication of client issues, concerns or requests; and to keep informed of agency resources and/or profitability issues which may impact client/Agency P&L.
