* The candidates is required to sell IT staffing services in India and is expected to grow the revenues from 50Cr to 150Cr in a span of 2-3 years.
* Will be targeting Domestic market only
* Should be good strategist who can draw and execute a plan to get New Accounts and New Markets, Systems and Numbers driven, who can exploit market potential, direct a team, manage operations and P&L
Candidate profile, duties and responsibilities
* Around 20 years of experience in selling complex, IT services/customized technology services or a Professional Services to large organizations.
* Recent experience selling consulting services engagements in the 100Cr range
* Demonstrate understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques.
* Preparing of annual business plans for sales, expenses, profitability and reviewing financial statements regularly.
* Accountable for achieving organization's quarterly & annual sales targets YoY
* Complete Sales Cycle Management (New Sales & Existing A/c growth) - Devising Sales strategies, planning, prospecting, scoping, proposing and designing solutions, client meetings, key presentations, partner management, deal structuring and post-sales Account Management & growth.
* Will manage a team of 15/20 members comprising of recruiters and account managers.
