This is regarding a job opportunity with one of the leading US based Management Consulting Firm.

Roles & Responsibilities

Digital & Content Marketing:

Areas of focus include digital strategies, digital content management, keyword research, on-page search engine optimization (SEO) elements, analyzing web analytics, all social media strategies & online outreach programs, and media SOV monitoring.
Digital campaigns Developing and executing high impact/ efficient digital & social brand communications programs for all ATL campaigns as well as running sustenance and EOL campaigns for other products
Manage all owned media channels Complete ownership of pages on mobile facebook page & others. Regularly tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the brand in digital ecosystem. Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns and utilizing a range of techniques including SEM/SEO to improve performance
Social media marketing Creating, managing and growing the companys presence through blogs, Twitter, Facebook, and other strategically relevant online properties
Digital Analytics Developing processes to tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the brand in digital ecosystem. Publish regular SOV and drive the overall team on strategy changes when required.
Budget management: Plan, track, and reconcile Marketing budgets based on business priority.

Experience & Skills:

7 to 15 years of sales and marketing experience in software or a technology related field.
4 to 8 years Management experience of direct reports or virtual teams
Bachelors degree, or equivalent work experience required and MBA desirable.
Understanding of IT industry;
Proven success in defining marketing strategies in support of business and corporate objectives, including the development, execution, and measurement of attribution marketing programs.
Has access to a network of outside services vendors and has a strong, positive working relationship with them. Proven track record in managing outside vendors, keeping vendors on track and within budget
Strong attention to detail accurate data gathering, insightful analysis, ability to manage logistics and tactical details with flawless execution
Excellent leadership, interpersonal communication, teamwork and project management skills required
Proven track record in working effectively with cross functional groups, sales organizations, and operations.
Strong understanding of social media tools, channels and data analytics solutions.
