Ensure that QCD commitments exist for all work packages:
o Allocate all contractual obligations to Work Packages.
o Confirm that QCD commitments will lead to the successful performance of the contract.
Manage all work packages convergence as an integrated whole to meet QCD commitments:
o Ensure that all work packages are reviewed on a regular basis with the relevant Work Package Owner to identify and resolve issues.
o Manage all Project reviews using the Work Package reports as a basis.
o Ensure that people from Product Lines and Regions are involved as needed.

Take overall responsibility for Project Management Processes
Drive and make decisions for issues that affect performance at the Project Level:
o Decide for resolving key issues within the Project
o Ensure that all decisions are executed.
o Manage conflicts and obtain results.
Drive and make decisions on work packages to ensure successful Project execution:
o Give instructions to Work Package Owners
o Raise and resolve conflicts with Product Line Management when impact is beyond Project scope,
o Identify opportunities with Work Package Owners and Sub System Managers that will result in improved QCD.
Manage at Project level all Project Reviews and Gate Reviews, including organisation and reporting (SPR, MPR)
o Primary contact with Partners and customer Director for Project issues.
o Primary contact with customer for Project progress and related issues.
o Support the Customer Director in negotiations on all variation orders, claims and contractual disputes.
o Identify and communicate to Customer Director any information that can lead to new business opportunities or improved Customer relationships.
o At level, manage Customer complaints and satisfaction.
o Manage the day-to-day relationship with Partners.
At level, identify, manager and settle all variation orders and internal changes:
o Ensure that all impacts are validated and costs estimated (QCD) by Product Line prior to presentation to Customer
o Ensure that all agreed variation orders or internal changes are reflected in Project deliverables (project schedule, Work Package QCD commitments...)
Ensure Deliverables are managed (Contract Deliverable Requirements List)
, define, commit and implement the Project Railway Safety Policy and Plan
Ensure that EHS requirements are fulfilled at all times and that EHS is properly integrated.
Ensure compliance with Code of Ethics
Provide leadership and manage the Project Team.
o Establish an effective and efficient Project
o Ensure that ways of working are applied to all Project activities
Technical Knowledge / Experience
Strong experience in railway business
Experience in Track works for P-way/Ballasted track & Turnouts
Good understanding of all project interfaces
Strong leadership and ability to pull together and drive teams.
Excellent communication skills,
Strong initiative and will to launch and implement actions,
Tenacity in long term actions,
Capacity to propose possible actions and consolidate overviews,
Fluent in English and experience in dealing with Indian culture
