To ensure implementation of labour laws by the contractors
Planning, developing and implementing HR strategies pertaining to management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, Grievance, counseling, statutory compliance, Employee engagement, Rewards and Recognition, Training and Development, succession planning, motivation, culture and attitude development, PMS and Learning & Development)
Ensuring the implementation of Group HR Policy
Monitoring HR issues, exploring opportunities and development plans and achievement within agreed formats and timescales
Managing departmental expenditure within the approved budget
Liaisoning with other functional / departmental head so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and ensuring the HR objectives, purpose and achievements are well informed to the employees
Auditing and authorizing all documents related to legal, salary statements and distribution, policies etc
Developing and Maintaining healthy relation with Govt. and Non Govt. Organistions for smooth functioning of organisation
Monitoring of all administrative issues in plant area
Monitoring of all land issues for Kutehr Project
Monitoring all environmental issues for the Kutehr Project
Building favourable relations with local communities, bodies including print & electronic media
Must be from Army background.
Min 2-3 yrs experience in Himachal Pradesh or domicile Himachal.
Having experience in working at Plant site/Manufacturing unit.
