Position Objective: Be responsible for the creation and development of marketing programs to reach the target customer groups using unconventional marketing mediums based on deep rooted customer insights and drive enrollments. Need to be driving this using technology based creative approach to the various marketing programs. Drive the business and customer objectives using unconventional / new age marketing mediums namely Internet, Social, PR, Portal and Mobile.
Job Information (Duties & Responsibilities / KRAs)
Develop annual marketing programs using the various new age methods to reaching the various target groups and drive student enrollments.
Un conventional marketing programs need to be driven using the web, social, PR, Mobile, Brand portal and events based marketing vehicles.
Should build marketing programs using strong interface of technology to drive efficiency into the marketing programs.
Work with multiple marketing support agencies to deliver the various un conventional marketing programs requirements.
Build all the programs based on a success rate measurement models that will ensure we are generating maximum efficiency of the marketing investments.
Should have a strong aptitude to take risks of trying new marketing mediums to reach the target customer group.
Build a brand web portal that would help in engaging our target group also existing customers in an exciting simpler way.
Develop and execute web based functionalities strategy that would make the existing customers life simpler and efficient using the brand portal.
Create data driven scientific measurement models to measure the marketing investments success and drive efficiency.
Develop the various creative requirements for executing the various unconventional marketing campaigns
Has a strong control on the budgetary investments and ensure plans are as per the agreed marketing investments budget.
Managed a budget of atleast 3 crores and above

Managed a team of atleast 3 professionals.
