Job & Responsibilities :
Managing the relationship management team. Coaching, mentoring and monitoring the team on regular intervals
Managing the service quality of the branch
Act as a support staff for the branch for marketing and selling of banking, third party products and trade services of the bank
Increasing the CASA and deposits base for the branch
Organizing and managing events to ensure branch and bank visibility.
P.S: team handling of 6 -8 Relationship Officer & RM's.
