Develop the service in line with demand and security objectives.
Ensure DSIDM provides a robust available well maintained and has minimal downtime.
Recommend improvements to the infrastructure and application architecture to ensure.
Install write update and maintain the FIM Management Packs.
Tune monitoring notifications; integrate with appropriate System Support systems such as System Center Orchestrator and System Center Service Manager for automation and incident tracking and metrics.

MCSE Solutions Expert on Microsoft Server Infrastructure Messaging and Communication and SQL Server
Experience of developing and managing Identity Management installations in an enterprise environment
Experience of creating / amending PowerShell scripts
Experience of managing SharePoint installations in an enterprise environment
experience of developing and managing enterprise systems at 2nd or 3rd line capability
Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate complex technical solutions to key business stakeholders
Previous knowledge of supporting or implementing Forefront Identify Management 2010 R2 in an enterprise environment
Experience of implementing AD Exchange SQL solutions.
