Educational Qualification: Graduate, Insurance/Reinsurance Industry background
Experience: 5-10 years experience
Technical Competencies: Good Knowledge of MS Excel and MS word, Working knowledge of Visio, SOPs and creating business documents.
Experience and Responsibilities:
In depth experience in Insurance/Reinsurance Industry
Exposure to at least one technology platform
Comprehensive experience on Policy, Reinsurance, Premium Accounting (Both Agency and Direct), Bureau Reporting, Collections and Claims
Must be well versed with complete Insurance Life Cycle and common Insurance Transactions
Familiarity with latest Underwriting practices, trends and techniques in Insurance
Good at Data Analysis, SQL Queries and strong analytical thinking
Work Independently OR with minimal guidance and manage small to medium size team of BAs and Testers
Excellent communication skills needed to interact with Client BAs / Project Manager / Vice President and all other project stake holders
Ability to scope projects and generate estimates
Understands relationship between business need, functional requirements, data and integrated technology solutions
Review test strategy and test scenarios for QA resources and provide testing support for applicable stories.
Good hands on Policy Rating with clear understanding of Product Development components like rate and rule changes, form changes, premium calculations (few lines of business).
Take initiatives and find business opportunities.
Extend trainings and ready to travel (International and Domestic)
