Looking for a Customer Service Manager for a US based logistics & Transportation firm.
Only Mumbai candidates preferred.
-Responsible for Strategic decisions like lead transition activity , relationship management with internal-external customers etc
-Review and analyze operational statistics with a clear focus on improving productivity
-Liaise with different support functions like recruitment, training, quality, PMO, Process & Change etc..
-Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and impact on operations KPI
-Serve as Operational interface with Support Functions for Employee Issues
-Conduct skip levels with Teams to understand gaps/ challenges and implement action Plans accordingly to close them
