Job Description

We are currently seeking a Customer File Specialist to support our Customer File Maintenance team in the Customer Support department at our Allentown facility. Specialist will be responsible to maintain the Customer Master, set up new accounts for charge-backs and tracings, maintain pharmacy licensing for all customers, and manage yearly sales alignments on accounts.

Essential Functions:

1. Establish and maintain customer profile, including account number, address, class of trade, territory alignments, drug license, ship/bill to relationships, etc.
2. Perform to job specifications as position impacts customer orders and invoices, sales and management reports, sales compensation, pricing, credit and A/R, finance and accounting and
3. Maintain database of 280,000 customer numbers and the creation of 30,000 or more new numbers annually.
4. Update customer numbers for sales force to reflect changes in the sales force listing.

To qualify for this position candidates must possess a minimum of HS diploma or GED and three or more years customer service experience. Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Candidates must also be familiar with MS office applications with high proficiency in Excel, strong communication skills, written and verbal, and analytical skills. Candidates should be familiar with SAP, primarily BW for reporting. This position interacts with individuals at all levels of the company. Candidate must have the ability to handle all types of situations and prioritize and work on multiple tasks to meet deadlines. Customer Service experience with a demonstrated desire to provide exceptional customer and sales support is required. Basic knowledge of pharmacy state licensing requirements desired but not required.
