Job Description


Deliver Top Line & Bottom Line targets for Oman across Technology & Non-Technology business lines.
Develop & Implement Business Plan in alignment with Corporate Goals for each financial year.
Build Country level Commercial, Market , Channel, Product strategy and Sales Forecast
Monitor Sales & Collection Performance.
Carry out periodic reviews to track monthly, quarterly, half -yearly and annual business performance
Manage Key Customer, Supplier Stakeholder relationships
Take corrective action when needed and provide guidance
Hire, Develop and motivate Teams to manage the business expansion
Lead Go to Market Strategy for Distribution and follow its implementation
Influence business acquisition among strategic customers
Provide guidance for formation of marketing plans
Maintain and develop strategic relationship with all key customers at Senior Management Level
Chairing and guiding departmental meetings
Maintaining awareness of market trends in the relevant industry and monitoring competitors
Initiating changes to improve the business,
Develop Management Reports and arrange Monthly and Quarterly reviews.

Required Experience:-

15-20 years of experience. Last 3 years holding P&L responsibility at country level managing multiple product/business lines.
Experience of working with a reputed organization in consumer electronics distribution , mobility solutions & fast moving consumer products.

Required Skills:

Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills.
Effective and strong general management skills at senior level
Leadership and motivational skill
Strong sales and presentation ability and excellent communication skill
