To manage the Companys export sales in designated country with the aim of maximizing sales volumes and profitability and achieving market positions.
Achieve Volume Targets and Build Brand of through continuous Channel Management for the designated country / countries.
Identify Strategic Markets and Prospective Dealers in the designated country / countries and exploit opportunities of Network Expansion in same.
Liaison with the concerned whenever required for smooth and cost-effective logistics, order processing, improving efficiency, cost-savings and smooth order processing.
Liaison with the govt. and regulatory bodies whenever required for the smooth operation and ensure meet compliances and auditory requirements. Country specific or otherwise.
To execute the launch of products at approved prices, implement actions for brand building and marketing, service and spares related action.
Ensure channel partners meet the requirements of the company in terms of policies, procedures, infrastructure, activities etc.
Ensure the financial health and viability of all channel partners are met
Track the competitor activities, trends, channels of communication in the respective country
Ensure execution of on-ground marketing activities & events for the Country. Manage inventory of products at channel partners as per the company norms.
