BUSINESS UNIT: Operations
- Achieve the short term goals for the business units & implement the long term strategy of the company to build a sustainable business model.
- Build strong working relationships and leverage the regional finance, marketing and training and client relations teams based in India.
- To provide strong business leadership, instilling the vision for the organization and a performance driven culture with the local management team
- Lead the team at a functional and operational level, mentoring, coaching, motivating, communicating and driving for excellent business results
- Lead the development and implementation of country and office based business plans aligned with regional and global goals
- Lead the teams to provide outstanding service and support to customers, clients, and partners to achieve sales, market share and profit targets

Outstanding skills in customer liaison and client relationship management
Demonstrated skill in managing a sales based operation with strong commercial acumen and experience in developing growth strategies, business plans, budgets and expansion plans across regions in Bangladesh or a similar country.
