Job Description


Acquire new relationships & Handle a portfolio of clients in Mid/Large corporate Asset & Trade business of the bank, Managing business opportunities by promptly responding to event based triggers within the existing regulatory framework of the bank and RBI.

Relationship Management - Managing and developing client relationships in order to command the maximum share of profitable business. To interact with the client on a continuous basis in order to achieve maximum product penetration. Single point of contact for all the customer banking needs.

Product structuring - Staying ahead of the competition by adding value to the clients through advisory and structuring of the banking products.

Risk management - Responsible for preparation of high quality credit appraisal reports thereby assisting the Risk team in identifying the risks and merits of the case, ensure alignment of the credit exposure with the overall risk strategy of the Bank and achieve objectives in terms of earnings, assets/liabilities & credit quality.

Credit monitoring and administration - Continuous watch on the asset quality and any signs of deterioration to be dealt with appropriate corrective measures be it in terms of additional covenants or trimming down the exposure by taking into account all the relative merits and demerits. This involves pre-sanction and post-sanction monitoring also.

Support functions - Strongly communicating with support teams including Credit Risk, Treasury, Trade operations, Legal, Credit Administration and other support functions regarding client queries, issues and service and ensure resolution
