Job Description

Develop organization structures of the group organizations in consultation with the chairman
To design, develop and implement the HR policies and procedures as per the needs of the group organization in consultation with the heads of the organization.
10-15 years in HR
Develop Compensation structures with Industry parity and ensure equitable administration
Provide counsel and assistance to employees at all levels in accordance with the company's policies and processes
