Responsible for all internal communications needs of the organization with 100% adherence to quality, compliance standards and customer SLAs
Act as a Communication Support for the employees across India
Organize and run events across India. Manage communication for these events
o Town halls/Open forums Internal & External, includes plan & execution.
o Leadership Chat Invites, moderate & uploading the final transcript on the intranet.
o Integrate CSR initiatives into wider communications agenda
PAN India management of employees rewards and recognition
Owning the companys intranet site. Responsibility for modification, updating and maintenance
Provide support on common internal and external communications needs:
o Deploy global brand guidelines locally and manage compliance
o Work with corporate communications, business units and functions including HR, Legal and Government Relations teams for image and risk mitigation, crisis and issues management including labor communications, site transitions, real estate consolidations, etc.
Recruit and develop common third-party resources including design/production houses, concept groups, vendors and professional-services companies to drive cross- scale and efficiency
Communication/Management degree desirable.
Years of Experience:
3-6 years experience in core communication.
PR experience & Media experience.
Experience in writing and publishing articles.
Meticulousness and excellent attention to detail.
