Job Description

To frame all Examination related work of the University.
Academic & Administrative responsibility of managing all Post-Graduate level Program's, Graduate level Program's along with PG Diploma's, Diploma's and Certificate Courses.
Preparation of Ordinances & Course Curriculum's of all the program's & innovative courses along with the traditional courses as per the need and requirement of the industry at national and international level.
Maintaining and executing all the operations of manual and online examination
Preparation Question Bank as per Matrix
To arrange printing of question papers and answer sheets and to allocate the same, strictly as per requirement to different examination centers.
Preparation of Result, Declaration of Result & Delivery and administration of information for the web presentation.
Preparation of Mark-sheets/Grade Sheets.
To verify transcripts and proformas for pass certificates and degrees.
To maintain complete confidentiality and secrecy during the entire examination process.
Various matrix collection/submission and reporting for the project as per organization guidelines

Educational Qualification :

Any PG Phd is desirable.

Experience :

Academic Administrative experience15 years (8 years of deputy registrar or equivalent position or experience in research establishment or institute of higher education).

Age: Should be born after 1975.
