Job Description


Assist in and oversee hiring, on-boarding, development and certification of Consulting team members
Manage consulting management team; technical, enterprise and corporate services teams
Provide deep cover and support for Client escalations during implementations
Develop and support Consulting Services team in the territory; ensuring continuous improvement, product knowledge development, professional developments, high performance, and retention
Support Consulting team managers with Consulting team resource allocations across all projects
Manage relationships with existing implementation partners, ensuring the implementation partners have adequate skilled resources to supplement the internal Consulting team to meet your project resourcing requirements
Work with Alliances team to identify, secure and onboard new strategic services partners
Report to the RVP of Client Success on client and team activities, including utilization, revenue recognition and Client satisfaction metrics
Support Consulting Managers with managing implementation team members' progress towards team and individual goals
Support colleagues and team members with process improvement projects and developing knowledge and documentation around best practices
Develop operation metrics to drive continuous improvement in services execution
Support sales, alliances and account management in the client acquisition process and in incremental sales from a services perspective
Clearly demonstrate the value of Cornerstone Consulting Services to diverse audiences, both in person and virtually
Proactive and reactive issue management, including resolution of team conflicts
Collaborate with other functions to ensure excellent delivery of service, quality deliverables, and the highest level of customer satisfaction possible

Required Skills and Experience

10+ years previous experience in managing teams
Willingness to travel
Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent Client facing skills
Excellent people management skills
Proven ability to deal with and resolve complex Client business issues
Minimum 10 years of business process or professional services consulting experience
Talent Management, Learning, or Performance solution implementations experience advantageous
Solid understanding of consulting processes, project management and software implementations a must
Ability to thrive in a time-sensitive, high energy, demanding entrepreneurial environment
Ability to build deep relationships with Senior Executives
Strong sense of integrity and a solid work ethic
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (Project Management certification is a plus)
