As a member of the Oracle Practice, the candidate will be required to work as a Banner DBA for a wide variety of clients world-wide.

The job will also involve working on integration of existing portal solution with the client’s Banner ERP system.

The candidate will work on client projects with direct interaction with the client. The candidate should be flexible for onsite travel.

Hands-on experience on Sungard Banner ERP administration.

- Hands-on Oracle Database Administrator (10gR2, 11gR1 and 11gR2), including

o General Database Administration

o Backup/Recovery of the database including RMAN backups

o Exposure to performance tuning desirable

o Exposure to Oracle Dataguard desirable

o Exposure to Oracle RAC desirable

- Understanding of the Oracle Fusion Middleware stack

o Should have worked on deploying applications on the Application server

- Exposure to Oracle Portal Administration preferable.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills
