Planning & monitoring of project.
Preparation of project construction schedule, project budget and MIS reports.
Work out the resource requirement (man power, equipment, material etc.) required for project from time to time in line with timing and order of the activities at site.
Co-ordination with other departments for ordering & procurement of resources.
Preparation of Client RA bills, sub-contractor bills etc.
Monitor and review the actual resource expenditure to identify shortage and productivity ratings.
Preparation of Proposed Project Execution Plan (PEP)
Analyze the gaps between the planned v/s actual and highlight the areas needing attention for action of the project team.
