Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:-

* Handling a team of 15 people.
* Handling all the clients of the company
* Understanding the clients requirement, coordinating & passing it to the internal technical teams & assisting
clients in resolving their queries/issues.
* Responsible for proper delivery to the clients within specified TAT
* Day to day interaction with the clients through email, call or face to face meetings.
* Accompanying Marketing Managers in giving technical presentations & explanation of service offerings to
the clients.
* Person should be aggressive & should have fair understanding about technical skill sets.

8 to 12 years of relevant experience


Technical Graduate with MBA,
if (a plain Graduate) then must have worked in Software companies.
