Job Description

Responsibilities of the role:

Driving client service excellence through the account management & client services team and delighting clients
Talent acquisition and retention for Account Management team
Develop a strong understanding of clients' marketing and business objectives and drive high-level strategic plans and objectives for Social adoption across all consumer touch-points
Effectively address client satisfaction, renewal and escalation issues until resolved
Creating a great place for people to work that is the desired place to work for all the best account people in the industry

What you will need:

You will display the following key attributes:

- Strong organizational, operational and numeracy skills

- Partnership oriented: with clients, internal & external stakeholders

- Proactive, enthusiastic and positive in the pursuit of getting things done

- Passionate about Social and the broader communications industry and keen to stay on top of the ever-evolving media landscape

- Able to sell concepts and solutions to clients and key stakeholders

- Able to challenge and provide intelligent and constructive solutions to clients and partners

Industry Background & Skills:

5-7 years client facing experience for a marketing services related industry
Strong leadership experience managing a team of 25+ people; hands-on management & coaching
Proven senior level of relationship building
Track record of developing services and/or account management leadership
Show true passion about servicing our clients on a daily basis
Understands the digital & social media landscape alongside the broader marketing landscape and should be able to consider client and agency issues at a strategic level
An impressive track record in managing senior clients at blue chip businesses.
