Job Description

Client Partner-- SAP AG : Account Manager --: JOB DESCRIPTION * Seasoned Hunter, with experience in delivery models and SAP Technologies. * Capability of pushing internal teams to achieve the assigned Booking targets. * Matured thinking with the ability to look at the big picture while applying various financial models in closing deals with requisite delivery models. * He must have build the accounts in Singapore/Malaysia/APAC Region * Previous experience in achieving sales quota while managing large APAC region 1. Achieve Revenue and Booking Targets in the current assigned accounts. 2. To prospect the assigned account for new business and to create a funnel of new business opportunities converting in sales for exceeding booking targets 3. To maintain and enhance the relationship with customer contacts. 4. To oversee commercial aspects (revenue| margins| receivables) for the current account/s. 5. To track, manage and ensure that delivery escalations are closed appropriately. 6. Building and maintaining new relationships with key decision makers and influencers to obtain new sales, maximize services satisfaction within existing account. Desired Skills and Experience 1. Post Graduate with atleast 10+ Years of selling IT services and SAP product capabilities, in a hunting role and overall experience of 8+ years. 2. Proven record of success achieving / exceeding sales targets and goals of $ 6+ Mn. in professional organization 3. With previous experience ( of atleast 2 years) in managing P&L for captive accounts 4. Excellent communicator, Self motivated and highly driven 5. Must be able to take directions and work in a team.
