Job Description

As a Client Delivery Manager, you will you own the overall responsibility for all aspects of Delivery for accounts assigned to you. Your overall responsibilities will include the following:


  • Responsible for delivering IT services & support for Multiple Enterprise Customers

  • Responsible for delivering as per the service contracts, SOW's, meeting/exceeding service levels- SLAs, OLA's and other defined objectives for multiple customers

  • Providing valuable technical insights and recommendations to enterprise customers

  • Liaise with multiple cross functional teams (both internal and client groups) to meet business and customer objectives,

  • Responsible for customer satisfaction (CSAT), constantly evaluate and identify growth opportunities (account mining / farming)

  • Implement processes and methodologies for delivering services efficiently and improving overall productivity and ROI.

  • Responsible for planning, recruitment and managing the team to deliver the customer commitments.

  • Provide visibility of the services rendered to the customer (as per the service catalogue), and define / manage value added initiatives and projects

  • Provide leadership and mentoring to a team of IT professionals, drive continual improvement initiatives to exceed expectations.

  • Solid understanding and exposure to service & governance reviews, creation of customer specific reports, dashboards, metrics etc.

  • Develop and maintain a service culture (ITSM) and identify / implement KPIs and metrics to measure and improve service performance (CSI).




  • Do you have a Bachelors degree in Computers?

  • Do you have 10+ years in IT Service Management

  • Do you have strong Service delivery and IT operations background, proven experience in managing multiple stakeholders, customer environments etc. ?

  • Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, out of the box thinking etc.?

  • Do you have experience in Remote Infrastructure Management and monitoring tools & automation technologies ?

  • Do you have proven working knowledge and experience in different service delivery models: Shared services, Managed services and Outsourcing environments?

  • Do you have sound understanding of technologies in IT Service Delivery (Servers, Networking, Storage, Virtualization, AWS/Cloud, Monitoring, Big Data etc.) ?

  • Do you have experience in interacting with the customers mostly in North America?

  • Do you have experience in processes, methodologies and delivery management to meet the SLAs, OLA's etc.?

  • Do you have experience in engaging with customers and communicating to the executive staff (VP, CEO, Directors) in North America?

  • Do you have strong understanding of ITIL processes, IT Governance and Lean Six Sigma?

  • Do you have experience in Program and Project Management, Vendor management etc.?

  • Are you open to US travel on a need be basis?

  • Are you from Hyderabad?

  • If you are not from Hyderabad, are you willing to relocate?


* Candidates with experience in managing DevOps teams and environments will be given
