Driving Acquisition of Corporate Customers & Maximizing revenue per subscriber/corporate thro proper tariff advisories, up selling & ensuring high standards of after Sales Services which results in referrals and retention.
Develop Sales strategy at Circle level ensuring sales, revenue, profitability and market penetration.
Establishing budgets, forecasts and developing business plans for the achievement of these goals.
Creation of a solution-selling mindset & a partnership approach with corporate to ensure selling-in of new products & services such as Office Mail ,ATMs, POS etc.
Directing Collection efforts to ensure achievement of collection targets by ensuring proper dunning/collection process.
Ensure Channel satisfaction.
Ensure Adherence to Sales Processes.
Ensure Team Engagement & satisfaction.
Coordinate with marketing team & Provide feedback to develop products.
Ensure adherence to all Legal & statutory compliance.
Ensure that the sales team is well trained on products & processes.
MBA with 10+ yrs Sales & Marketing experience of which at least 5yrs should have been in a team leadership position
12+ yrs Sales & Marketing experience of which at least 5yrs should have been in a team leadership position
