Key Performance Areas:

New client acquisition
Generate business from existing clients
Achieve regional level Ad Sales target
Space Selling
Meeting Agency & Clients of the respective categories on a regular basis
Servicing the existing clients and agencies
Mentoring and coaching his team to achieve their targets
Excellent relationship building attitude
Liaison with CEO / CMO to make DB the preferred brand

Skills/ Qualifications Required:

Relevant work experience of 6-8 years
Background industry preference- Large sized corporate and Service Industry (Preferred Media)
Educational qualification- Post Graduation / good academic credentials
Must have Market Knowledge, Product Knowledge, Familiar with Mumbai market
Excellent Communication and presentation Skills
Sales Driven, Out of the box thinker and team player
Enthusiastic, hard working, well organized and able to prioritize.
High on emotional maturity & self belief
Positive attitude
Analytical frame of mind
