Would be responsible to handle Policy Servicing Vertical with a team of 50 to 60 people
Planning, Process & Team Management.
System Validation as per product features.
Responsible for Surrender /Withdrawal processing including approval of HNI payouts.
Responsible for Revival Processing Premium & Non Premium corrections.
Responsible for Policy Discontinuance (Free Look, CI) & Contractual Payment Processing.
Responsible for Assignments, Re-Assignment and Foreclosure.
Process & Service controls through Exception Reports.
Training and Developments.
Review, Decisions and Approvals.
Fund Value & Escalated Grievances.
Root Cause Analysis for Services deficiencies.
Monitoring Policy & Suspense Payouts.
Maturity & Annuity Processing.
Customer Portal Management & Mobile Applications.
Process Automation, integration & New Initiatives.
Process evaluation and validations.
IT Co-ordination & Bug fixation.
UAT and Sign Offs.
Vendor and Warehouse Management.
Candidate should be CA or MBA Fulltime with 5 to 6 years of experience from Life Insurance/General Insurance/Health Insurance or any other financial sector with Central Operations/Central Processing with team handling exposure.
