Job Description

Job Summary

Responsible for providing financial leadership and direction to the company through establishing financial policies and practices, providing oversight to risk management and property development in addition to providing strategic financial consultation. Manage the operational aspects of the finance function in the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Direct and manage the financial programs and supporting information systems of the unit to include budgeting, receipt of revenue, expenditures of funds and conservation of assets. Ensure cash flow management.
Establish and maintain financial records systems with generally accepted auditing standards and accounting principles.
Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analysis and present recommendations for programmatic and fiscal changes to management.
Provide strategic consultation and representation to the company's leadership on financial issues, to include financial analysis and projections, cost identification and allocation and revenue and expenses analysis.
Direct the preparation of financial reports reviews and statements that summarizes and forecasts the company
Set financial strategy in alignment with the organizations short and long term vision and business plan.
Oversee the supervision of personnel, which includes work allocation, training and problem resolution, evaluate performance and make recommendations for personnel actions, motivate employees to achieve peak productivity and performance

Key Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting, & CPA, MBA from a recognized Institution
10 - 15 years experience in Financial Management field, 3-5 years of which at leading the finance function.

Specific Skills:

Proven track record of achieving improvement in the areas of internal controls, financial accounting, cost efficiency and management information.
Excellent knowledge of international accounting standards, accounting practices and principles.
Experience in defining computer systems requirements, participating in implementation and maximizing utilization.
Working knowledge on Oracle & HFM.
Bilingual (English/Arabic) preferred
