An exceptionally efficient and enthusiastic puzzle solver, the Chief Executive Officer will establish the strategic plan for Leadership Stage India to become an international leader in innovative story-telling and creative culture shaping.
More simply, the executive lead is the strategic engine and master coordinator of all Leadership Stage India efforts. Responsibilities include executing/managing scopes of work with clients and overseeing the production of Leadership Stage India story packages.
This individual needs to be exceptionally well organized, highly communicative and adept at managing a broad range of work styles (creatives and non-creatives) and projects.
Initiate projects with timeline/milestones in Base camp upon receipt of a signed client contract.
Coordinate with Creative Lead to build a team for each project by involving contractors on an as needed basis. Provide contractors with necessary direction and assets, proposals and contracts.
Lead all communication with clients, making sure to communicate extensively regarding milestones, reviews, and deliverables. You or the Creative Lead will represent contractors (and their work) to the client.
Evaluate project completion and ensure the proper delivery of files/assets to clients
Maintain client relationships so as to ensure repeat and referral business.
Define strategic, measurable goals for Leadership Stage India and collaborate with Director to craft a plan to achieve those goals as a team.
Orchestrate the cooperation of team members' individual responsibilities for maximum effectiveness toward Leadership Stage India's vision and mission.
Collaborate with Editorial Lead and Creative Lead to define Leadership Stage India story packages, deliverables and annual content calendar.
Team Leadership + Professional Presence
Represent the company vision and values to potential clients and team members /contractors, always looking for ways to grow the team and improve the business.
Recruit and interview contractors, contributors and potential staff when the need arises.
Contribute to Leadership Stage India networking events and to internal projects in order to further define and develop Leadership Stage India's core competencies.
10+ years of professional experience in Creative Services field
Management experience involving staff, contractors, volunteers
Proficiency in Adobe CS (Premiere, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Basic working knowledge of front-end dev (HTML/CSS)
Strong commitment and track record of using art and design to elevate stories, issues, causes
