Role Description : -
Candidate must have at least 3-9 Years of relevant experience in Implementation, Customization and migration for CA Service Desk R11.2, R12.x. CA IT Process Automation, CA ITCM.
Hands on experience in the migration, customization, implementation, administration, S upport etc for CA Service Desk R11.2, R12.x. CA IT Process Automation, CA ITCM
Knowledge of spel language
Must be aware of coding standards and best practices to develop configurable, reusable and efficient solutions in alignment with requirements and design considerations.
Should have worked on heterogeneous environment consisting of Unix, Linux, Windows Operating Systems
Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into reusable technical offerings/solutions
Good Team Player and attitude towards learning
Desired Skills : -
Ability to operate well in an evolving and dynamic environment
ITIL v3 and above certification
