Job Description

Business Technology Managers leverage their experience to take responsibility for projects and lead client relationships immediately. As a Business Technology Manager, you will:
* Drive business development and new account acquisitions to steer the growth of our CRM business
* Manage client relationships and a project portfolio particularly in the area of CRM and adjacent Business Technology areas (such as Business Intelligence, MDM and Multi-channel Marketing)
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive account growth by cross-selling and up-selling related technology and business operations solutions
* Provide thought leadership and develop innovative customer centric solutions for our clients by combining emerging technologies in cloud, mobility, big data & analytics and social media
* Develop partnerships and commercial models with established technology vendors and/or niche business solution providers
* Motivate, coach and help developing a larger global CRM community within the firm
Qualifications: Managers have 10+ years technology consulting work experience and an MBA or MS Degree from a top university.

Required Skills:
* At least 5 years of experience managing large scale and global CRM transformation programs across a wide variety of industries
* Proven track record of implementing CRM projects using one of the technology platforms such as, Veeva, Siebel, or Cegedim
* Past work experience in developing CRM vision, business cases and roadmaps for large scale CRM transformation programs
* Experience in developing innovative solutions and market offerings leveraging cloud technologies (, Analytics and/or mobile platforms (e.g. iPAD, Android)
* Proven track record of selling large scale CRM programs and managing a CRM book of business
* Significant supervisory, coaching, and hands-on project and client management skills
* Experience working with large global teams

Preferred Skills:
* Pharma and Medical Device industry experience
* Experience developing Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) and Customer Centric strategies for clients
* Experience with implementing Campaign Management solutions (e.g. Unica, Epsilon, Aprimo, etc) and Closed Loop Marketing solutions (e.g. Exploria, Skura, Veeva iRep etc)
* Experience with Business Intelligence and MDM projects
