Job Description

Generating business from leads provided by the team and converting leads into business.
Direct selling will also be a part of sales targets i.e. in cold calling model/corporate activities- one should generate business own his own.
Should achieve the sales targets as set by supervisor /manager. Sales targets may be revised periodically based on business requirements.
Can shoulder the responsibility of a small team.
Do corporate tie up for bulk business
In mortgages- one should close his leads on his own and do more or more broker tie-up.

Ideal Candidate:

An ideal candidate will be a focused, hard-working individual with analytical ability and having good oral &written communication skills.
Good product knowledge. Own conveyance is must.

Graduates (commerce & Arts Background) with 5-7 years' experience in mortgages.
