Job Description

To manage and develop responsibility for new corporate business development.
To develop, maintain, lead & measure service deliverables to satisfy specific needs of corporate accounts(s) and continually seek opportunity.
Seek out, identify develop & close corporate business opportunities in the Territory.
Preparing Market intelligence reports including updates volumes, potentials, customers, carriers & competition, providing good quality inputs to strategic papers as and when requested.
Maintain consistent, timely and high quality management reporting meeting requirements of the business, company's policies and procedures are being met and adhered to.
Weekly monitoring & review of sales and operation issue, delivery operation & performance for products, segment wise, for meet the target.
Plan and coordinate the operations of sea and air freight division of the company.
Ensure network planning in order to maximize the load factor (incoming and outgoing) on all the routes. Working very closely with the operations team across India to cater all the customers need.
Timely collection of payments within company policy, innovated and created a high standard of practice that conforms with company philosophy. Standardized the Cost Structure
Growth & Profitability for Business, Improved Productivity, Operational Efficiency / Process Efficiency & Internal control. Consistent delivery of agreed service deliverables, information sharing to Customer as per benchmark agreed.
Strategically support client by giving correct logistic solution.
Ensure high exit barrier by promoting superior value offering to the customer
Instrumental in increasing the customer base of the company by 60% within a span of 2 year
Helped to create a positive brand image of the company among potential customers as well as existing customer.
Played an active role in tapping new high revenue generating customers
