Key Activities (Critical activities of the job):
Maintaining the basic sales function of the territory through execution of our applications in Pharma in West India. Maintain & maximize the sales with the customer group. Timely collection of payments/C forms. Continuous opportunity spotting and move to close these on a regular basis.
Development and delivering of presentations and proposals.
Sound understanding of the commercial environment.
Hands on approach & conducting trials for food applications.
Aptitude for Market Research & Business Hunting
Carrying out performance /prove- in trials.
Basic customer service by providing technical support to the customer. Problem solving during performance issues.
Maintaining regular service visits /reports.
Maintaining a positive customer perception for Company. Owner of the customer account within Company in all aspects.
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the customer's Packaging processes and their customer / business needs.
Functional Knowledge / Skills:
Ability to put subject knowledge to use. Basic Knowledge of Packaging particularly various consumables related to food packaging.
Build sustainable and mutually beneficial customer relationships.
Excellent Communication & Reporting skills along with Negotiation.

Competencies (other than functional)
Essential Desirable:Engg in Chemistry / Chemical Engg / Biochemical / Pharma / Biotechology /Industrial Microbiology graduate preferably ( not mandatory) from reputed institutes like UDCT,HBTI, LIT,NIT with above 65% in all academic.
- MBA (optional)
Essential Desirable: 4- 6 yrs, B2B or Technical selling experience of selling into process industry Or process oriented approach of selling.
Candidates Probabaly preferred from Biotechnology, Water Treatment, Industrial Lubricant, Agrochemicals, Paints Industries.
