We are urgently looking for Business Development Executive/Manager :
Please find below the Job Description:
* Lead Generation by Cold calling, Emailing, various social networking sites and freelance job portals.
* Generate inquiries, sales leads and negotiate closures.
* Plan and execute all aspects of the business development initiatives
* Focus on generating new leads with the aim of creating more sales via cold calls, references, bids etc.
* Handling Business proposals
* Communicating with prospective clients and follow ups.
* Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer service as well as meeting all client needs appropriate to their business
* Organize and run sales campaigns
* Participate in formulating important business development strategies
Desired Candidate Profile:
* Experience preferably in Cold calling & potential leads generation.
* Experience in internet based research via search engines and networking sites.
* Actively and successfully manage the process of lead generation and negotiate closures.
* Should have an excellent track record of achieving deadlines on time and ability to meet and exceed revenue targets
* Experience in requirements gathering, analysis and writing business proposals
* Ability to analyze and preparing documentation for the stages of business proposals
* Strong presentation and negotiation skills
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and be able to cold call potential clients with confidence
