Budgeting and forecasting of Revenue and Cost.
Business Presentations for Periodic reviews, board meetings and strategic partners
Process reviews to ensure efficient and effective processes across business in coordination with various functions/departments.
Serve as product champion, partner with all functions like fund management, sales and marketing, MIS, Operations and others to support new ideas and maintain right positioning of existing products.
Drive growth across functions by helping them maintain and improve on measurable efficiencies.
Develop models to test product performances on various parameters and marketing strategies.
Develop subject matter expertise on the mutual fund industry and trends; convert that expertise into actionable ideas to maximize sales opportunities.
Develop strategic product campaigns and distributing specific, actionable information to the sales team.
Develop investment collateral material and content for sales team to support sales meetings
Ensure consistency of messaging internally, as well as with all external communications to include RFPs, presentations and sales material
