Recruit, train and monitor the team.
Head and drive the Channel, Corporate, Loyalty, NRI and direct sales team to achieve numbers.
Will identify newer avenues of doing business.
Would keep in touch with other senior members of the team Construction, liaison, architects to keep updated on the latest happenings on site.
Will ensure high level of conversion and will strive to reduce cost of acquisition.
Will look at preparing a sales calendar that will build in the price escalations and will be in sync with important dates and local festivals.
Will design the AOP and be involved in strategic inventory management and pricing.
Will be overall responsible for the MIS across the sales team.
