Responsible for managing Branch business with proper monitoring and controlling along with maintaining high level of process & compliance.
Driving New Client Acquisition (NCA) efforts by interacting & developing rapport with all external/internal constituents of client at all levels for maximum client retention and achievement of revenues.
Channelizing Enhancement relationship Value (ERV) for maintaining positive growth.
Accountable for achieving business targets across all liabilities products & actively cross-selling consumer banking/ 3rd party products.
Driving sales efforts for attainment of periodical targets with a view to optimize revenue and achieve business excellence.
Monitoring the NPA, Non-starters and actions to reduce it
Daily coordinating with the team for formulating action plan, market outlook, sharing market information, ensuring active participation from all and for assessing performance as compared to Targets given on monthly basis
Analyzing & comparing the branch performance against benchmark
Motivating & guiding the team for working as one Team
Active interaction with channel partners to improve the business
Ensuring high Quality Service and Customer Relationship Management
Customer Acquisition & Customer Retention and managing the Customer Grievances
Reporting all the activities to the Superior from time to time
Ensuring that all employees are fully compliant with the Code of Conduct of the company
Ensure territory coverage to touch all opportunities
