To ensure achievement of monthly sales & collection targets by way of periodic review, counselling and initiating other necessary corrective measures in close coordination with the Branch Segment Heads.
To participate in finalization of the segment wise Sale & Collection target.
Responsible for periodic monitoring of the segment based action plan and to ensure its deployment.
To monitor the individual productivity and initiate necessary measures for improving the same.
To monitoring upcoming projects, product approval and to ensure company's participation.
To directly oversee on key customers/accounts, consultants, architects and big project houses and to develop good working relationship with them.
Responsible for developing and maintaining strong / effective dealer network.
To roll out the channel policies and programs.
