Lead a team of Zonal Managers Area Manager & Account Managers & achieve the sales / revenue target from new clients.
Branch Head will handle the team of Zonal Manager, Account Manager ASM & generate business & report to Regional sales Head
To create / maintain excellent relationships with clients and with the specified persons and be able to tailor pitch the product according to their specifications.
Ensure team timely collects all revenue from clients.
To give regular feedback on market conditions, competition and other factors influencing sales.
Interact regularly with Team & ensure performance.
Comply with Sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure Business Professionalism & Integrity.
Handling pan India accounts in specific segments - Will require to travel 10 days a month across the country
Exposure in Corporate sales. experience in retails sales would be plus .
Demonstrable work experience and success credentials.
Preference to people who have worked in complex sales structures, relationship-based selling, long-sales cycles.
Outstanding ability to analyze sales trends, spot opportunities and excellent execution/planning skills are required.
