Strong Implementation and consulting Experience on:
Should enable to prepare and own responses for a proposal and prepare effort loading sheet for following technologies
o - ARS, TSM, SRM. CMDB. AIE, DSO,BPPM, BEM
Should be able to prepare Statement of work (SOW) and take accountability
Performing account reviews for quality of deliverables
Attend customer meeting and understand their requirement on technical front
Prepare requirements document and co-ordinate with customer to take sign-off
Prepare High level and low level complex integrated service management solutions
Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams
Co-ordinate Remedy installation activities (Pre-requisites, OS Installation, DB, etc)
Lead a team of Remedy developers/ consultants. Support and mentor the team
Able to consult on ITIL processes and industry best practices
Conduct product trainings and demos
Develop processes for optimization of work
Should have 10+ years of experience in the IT industry with minimum 5 years experience of developing Remedy AR System solutions.
Good understanding of complex business issues and to develop and communicate effective solutions with Integrated Services Management products in complex business environments. ITIL Foundation is must & Practitioners is highly desirable.
Experience in managing software implementation/integration projects such as BMC Remedy / Oracle / SAP, etc. is a must, and direct Remedy experience is highly desirable
In-depth experience on the Remedy AR System engine and ITSM suite Remedy Helpdesk, Remedy Change Management, Remedy Asset Management, Remedy Service Level Agreements.
