* Crafting the brand and marketing plan for the organization (Emkay Global and its subsidiaries) through gap, competitor and consumer analysis
* Planning and organizing ATL and BTL activities.
* Coordinating and negotiating with media agencies, publications, channels and research agencies
* Designing the annual strategic PR plan and breaking it up quarter on quarter
* Managing Corporate Communications (internal as well as external) and planning collateral's
* Acting as a point of contact for the PR agency and the media and ensuring that key messages are delivered effectively
* Writing press releases, arranging get to know meetings and evaluating PR performance monthly
* Digital marketing including SEO, creating & managing social media profiles of the company, online promotions, emailers among others.
* Website planning and management
* Planning investor meets, events and conferences as also managing representation of the organization at various events
* Ensuring effective and purposeful corporate gifting
* Visual merchandising and vendor management
* Evaluating the effectiveness of the marketing efforts through a systematic MIS
* Monitoring & managing the brand communication budgets.
