Work closely with the Business Unit Heads to ensure hiring the right leaders for the organization.
Manage strong sourcing, selection and networking capabilities to hire in a cost effective environment and efficient manner.
End to End involvement with the process, from sourcing, conducting interviews until on-boarding.
Publish weekly MIS for all stakeholders and to prepare Hiring plans based on the same.
Negotiate at the Executive level, to gain approval and consensus on negotiated offers and finalize the hiring process
Responsible for hiring leadership roles across all geographies.
Regular review of the hiring numbers to meet business needs.
Focusing on hiring costs & building internal leadership sourcing capabilities.Should have 13 to 16 years of experience in end to end Recruitment. Must have 7 - 8 years exp in IT Recruitment.
Should have minimum 5 years experience in Leadership hiring.
Should have team handling experience.
Should have experience in hiring AVP,VP,Chief Architect,etc.
